1. General
Subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but there may be occasional discrepancies. In such cases, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to discuss restocking or process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and the destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final cost for shipping to the customer.
3. Returns
Ryosekai will gladly accept returns due to a change of mind or other reasons if a return request is received within 10 days of item receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a resellable condition. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense. Once accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit for future purchases. Ryosekai will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund the value of any shipping paid.
3.1 Warranty Returns
Ryosekai honors valid warranty claims if submitted within 10 days of item receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and upon successful warranty claim, Ryosekai will reimburse the cost. Warranty claims are processed within 7 days, offering the choice of a refund to the payment method, store credit, or a replacement item if available.
4. Transit Time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 2 – 3 weeks, depending on the country.
4.1 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays.
4.2 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, changes can be made before the order is dispatched. Contact info@ryosekai.com for more information about your order. Ryosekai will not be responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect customer-provided addresses.
4.3 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.
4.4 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time exceeds the forecasted time, please contact us for an investigation.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to follow their shipment's progress.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If a parcel is damaged in-transit, reject it if possible, or contact our customer service for assistance.
7. sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the goods' price as displayed on the website.
7.1 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without additional fees upon arrival.
8. Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted before the order is dispatched. If already dispatched, refer to our refund policy.
9. Process for Parcel Damaged In-Transit
We will process a refund or replacement after the courier completes their investigation into the claim.
9.1 Process for Parcel Lost In-Transit
A refund or replacement will be processed once the courier deems the parcel lost.
